Sé que algunos de ustedes no conocen al grupo de hoy, pero su importancia en la música es innegable. Pulp es un grupo formado a finales de los 70´s en Sheffield Inglaterra, influenciados por Roxy Music, David Bowie y The Velvet Underground.Jarvis Cocker su vocalista y fundador comenzó el grupo desde los 14 años y después de cuatro discos en el anonimato lograron firmar con una disquera reconocida en 1992 y a partir de ese momento crearon un movimiento muscial muy grande llamado britpop; del cual surgirían grupos comoRadiohead, Coldplay, The Verve, Oasis, Blur y varios otros. ¿Qué me dicen son importantes o no?
El momento que buscamos es el 22 de Octubre de 2001, cuando lanzan su ultimo disco:
We Love Life y su segundo sencillo Bad Cover Version (Que a mi me suena a Something in the air de Thunderclap Newman).
El video es una burla a aquellas reuniones de estrellas de la musica en favor de una obra benéfica con un gran resultado.
